Refund Policy

If you decided to return the software purchased directly from us ( IntegraWiz.com or REwiser.com) contact us within 30 days of your purchase to receive a refund. In keeping with software industry standards refunds for opened software packages or refunds requested more than 30 days after your initial purchase date will not be issued unless the transaction was subject to a fraudulent purchase.
There are demo versions of our software available via download links to anyone interested. This allows all prospective buyers to evaluate the product at their leisure to ensure that the software meets their needs before purchasing.
For returns, go to   http://www.rewiser.com/contact.asp  and email us with your name, email address, address software was shipped to and date of purchase. You will be emailed back with the postal address to return the CD.
Any software purchased on CDs must be unopened (sealed with original wrap) and returned within 30 days of purchase. CDs must be received and inspected before a refund will be issued.
All shipping, handling and delivery charges are non-refundable.
If you are issued a refund, it should appear on your credit card statement within 48 hours. Upon receiving your refund for downloaded software you must uninstall or stop using any software products for which you no longer posses a valid, purchased license. IntegraWiz.com reserves the right to disable any product keys and/or serial numbers issued to you for the refunded products.
IntegraWiz.com refund policy applies only to software purchased directly from REwiser.com. If your software was purchased through a 3rd party, it must be returned to the 3rd party and is subject to the return policies of that vendor.
